Can my jewelry still rust  ?

Yes, once metal is in contact with oxygen, water, or acid it will naturally rust, or oxidation will occur.  When one metal is in contact with another metal it causes them to react to one another, which is called Galvanic corrosion. For best results, keep a space between jewelry as much as possible, put prized jewelry in a plastic bag. REMEMBER, even a diamond needs to be shined :)
